All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping details before placing your order.
Elitetex is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit is transferred to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you experience issues with a shipment, our support team will gladly assist in communicating with the carrier and investigating the matter; however, Devavacci cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
